| Andrew Sherman began working with KBL Healthcare Acquisition Corp. III in 2007. Mr. Sherman is helping to identify and introduce the Company to potential targets and assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and obtaining shareholder approval, with respect to a potential transaction.
Mr. Sherman has over twelve years of investment banking experience in mergers & acquisitions and capital raising activities. Mr. Sherman has advised clients on over $40 billion of mergers and acquisition transactions across a broad range of industries. In addition, Mr. Sherman has executed over 75 capital raising transactions including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertibles, high grade debt, high yield debt and bank financings.
Mr. Sherman’s investment banking background includes experience working for James D. Wolfensohn, Inc., Montgomery Securities and Banc of America Securities.
Mr. Sherman received a B.S. in Economics and Finance from the Wharton School of Business, a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
