| Dean Drizin began working with KBL Healthcare Aquisition Corp. III in 2007. Mr. Drizin is helping to identify potential targets and assist with due diligence and deal structuring with respect to a potential transaction.
Prior to working with KBL Healthcare Aquisition Corp. III, Mr. Drizin was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare group at Banc of America Securities, where he worked on a number of M&A and corporate finance transactions for a broad range of healthcare clients.
Mr. Drizin graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College, receiving an AB in Government and a Minor in Chemistry. |
